Master's Degree Programs

The Graduate Certification Program leads to a Masters in Education (M.Ed.) with initial teacher certification. This is primarily for those who have completed a bachelor's degree in a field other than Education and wish to become a certified teacher while earning the masters degree.   See also: Graduate Certification Handbook [pdf].

Not ready for a full degree program?

Our Post-Baccalaureate program offers students the opportunity to earn their initial teacher certification without the M.Ed. degree.

The new E=mc2 Transition to Teaching program is for career changers seeking to become middle school math and science teachers.

Preparing for Certification
